Based on demand, the Franco British Network is organising a visit for the second time to the Caviar De Neuvic.
An English guided tour is organised for us to discover the estate where the sturgeons are spending at least 7 years before they put their eggs. The tour is outdoor with some places covered and others not. So please come prepared with your boots (muddy areas), water proof, and umbrella if it is a rainy day.
The tour takes 1h30 followed by indoor tasting of Caviar Butter, Sturgeon Rillettes and Baeri signature caviar; all accompanied by a glass of sparkling wine!
