The Franco British Network is inviting you to a new social and networking event. The weather is getting nicer and spring is here! Fingers crossed though for a dry day!
We have chosen this time an astonishing Château in the north of the Dordogne; It is called La Perle Noire du Haut-Perigord. If you heard of this sentence then you must have known the name of the Château de Jumilhac and its gardens.
It was built from the 13th to the 17th century; a fortified castle remodelled during the Renaissance and then in the 17th century. Its original owner was Mr Antoine Chapelle, Count of Jumilhac and currently it is owned by the family of La Tour du Pin Chambly de La Charce-Jumilhac.

The visit to the Château will take place on Tuesday 17 May 2022 at 10.30 am
After we conclude our visit to the Château, we will have lunch in the Lou Boueiradour restaurant close and overlooking the Château. If we are lucky enough to get a dry day, the lunch will be on the terrace tent.
The lunch consists of:
Hors d’oeuvre (Buffet of appetizers)
Beef Bourguignon
Dessert
Wine and Coffee.
A vegetarian option is available upon request and reservation
