Taxation Webinar

Following the success of our last two taxation webinars in February and March this year and by popular demand, we are now hosting a third and final tax webinar on 7th May , just in time for this year’s declaration. The 2024 tax declaration opened on 11th April and closing dates for filing your return range from 23rd May until 6th June depending on the department you are registered under. You can see the closing dates which relate to you here.

All French residents, even if you only moved permanently to France in the last year, have a fiscal obligation to file an annual French income tax return.

All income, regardless of where it originated from or whether or not it is in France, must be included in your return. Please note that filing a tax return does not necessarily imply paying income taxes in France.

If you are submitting your first income tax return, you will need first to register with the French tax authorities via their dedicated website, and then submit a paper application.

For the following years, you will be able to file your annual tax return online.
