The Franco British Network is organising a visit for the third time to the Caviar De Neuvic.
An English guided tour is organised for us to discover the estate where the sturgeons are spending at least 7 years before they put their eggs.
The tour is outdoor with some places covered and others not. So please come prepared with your boots (muddy areas), water proof, and umbrella if it is a rainy day.
The tour takes 1h30 followed by a commented indoor tasting for 30 minutes.
The tasting includes 3 toasts with a variety of Caviar Butter, sturgeon rillettes and Baeri signature caviar; All accompanied by a glass of sparkling wine!

After the guided tour and degustation, we are having lunch in the newly opened restaurant of the Caviar venue.
The exclusive menu prepared for us is:
Entrée : Poireau au Caviar de Neuvic et sa vinaigrette/ Leek with Neuvic Caviar and its vinaigrette
Plat : Courges sautées truffes noires du Périgord embeurré de chou et esturgeon confit à l’huile de noisettes/ Sautéed squash with black Périgord truffles, cabbage butter and sturgeon confit in hazelnut oil
Dessert : Poire mousse de lait lavande, mousse au chocolat crumble et praliné noisettes/ Pear with lavender milk mousse, chocolate mousse with crumble and hazelnut praline
